To use the Service, you must authorize access to your advertising platform accounts through the standard OAuth authorization flow. By connecting your accounts, you grant us permission to:

• Access and retrieve campaign performance data (read-only)
• Store aggregated metrics for reporting purposes
• Process data to generate analytics reports

You may revoke API access at any time through the connected platform's settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AdPulse Analytics and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdPulse Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms.
